Why Only Women?

Updated: Jan 27

My specialty is guiding women in discovering their path to courage. During a networking event, after delivering my 30-second elevator pitch, someone asked, "Why focus solely on women? Why not include men?"

It's amazing how women handle multiple roles with such skill and grace! They adeptly manage their responsibilities between their aging parents, work, and family. From my observations, by the time most women reach the age of 40, they are often exhausted, constantly tired, frustrated, and on edge.

Many of our actions and attachments stem from fear, anger, guilt, and pride. When we let go of these negative emotions in any specific area, we reach a level of courage. At this stage, life changes start to happen. Alternatively, if we decide to continue the same activity, our motivation shifts, leading to different outcomes than before.

The emotional reward will be distinct. Rather than feeling grimly satisfied, we might feel joy. We might engage in the same activities as before, but now out of pleasure instead of duty. We do it because we desire to, not because it's necessary. The energy needed will undoubtedly be significantly reduced.

As a woman who has experienced and fulfilled various roles, I have walked the journey and learned to uplift myself with courage. I wish to share my insights with others so they can discover peace, joy, and passion for what they do.

Regarding men, they seem to be from another planet, their brains function differently, and I don't have much experience with them :) That said, I did coach and guide some men. If you are game I am as well. Let's try it out!
