This 4-6 week program is designed to identify and release emotional burdens from the past, reclaim your energy and strength, and step into a future defined by self-compassion and empowerment.

Below is the workshop structure which will be customized based on whether it is a group setting or a 1:1 session:

1. Welcome & Intention Setting

Guided mindfulness exercise: “Letting Go Breathwork”

Sharing a collective intention: “Today, we release what no longer serves us.”

2. Identifying Emotional Baggage
​

Journaling prompt: “What weights have I carried for too long?”

Reflection & group discussion on limiting beliefs and past wounds

3. Reframing the Narrative
​

Exploring how past experiences shaped resilience

Visual storytelling exercise: Creating an artistic representation of personal transformation

Partnered activity: “Empowering Perspectives” – shifting painful memories into lessons of strength

4. Somatic Release Techniques
​

Movement exercise: “Releasing through the body” (gentle stretching & expressive movement)

Guided visualization: “Walking into the Future Free of Burdens”

5. Personal Commitment Ceremony
​

Writing a release statement: “I choose to let go of…”

Symbolic action (burning a paper, releasing a stone, etc.)

Affirmations & closing circle: “We are free to step forward.”
